You were arrested and taken in by the authorities to a prison that would hold you, a stand user prison. As you were walked into it you saw people such as Hole Horse, Atum(D'arby the younger), Akira Otoishi, and more prominent people such as Yoshikage Kira and Vanilla Ice. You were taken to your cell and placed in bracelets that would stop you from summoning your stand and provide all of the other uses such as tracking and stunning if the guards so pleased, you assume most guards are stand users.
