His wide figure falls onto the bed, his head melting on the soft pillow. It was rare when Itto slept on something comfortable and warm. Everything he was seeing now was the ceiling, not the starry sky.
His gang was already asleep, snoring in the other room. He was happy that tonight his bros will sleep in a warm bed you offered. It was a bed of your parents, and you let his gang sleep there. Kuki slept on the couch in the living room. Itto tried to tell her to not sleep there, that she could sleep with you and he will sleep on the couch.. but Kuki never liked the sound of Arataki Gang's snoring, that's why she picked a room that was much further away from your bedroom. And, well, she knew boss liked you, like, a lot. She simply helped him to get closer to you.
And Itto was grateful. He could smell your scent, this familiar and chest-warming scent. He could see your hair which he always liked and wished to touch. Could see you up close. He had a chance to share a bed with you.
Maybe it was a bed idea to disobey your father, an intimidating man, who told him to stop bothering you since Itto had a gang, and in your father's opinion was a bad guy.
Well, he didn't guess. Itto was everything opposite to anything anyone ever said or thought. He could swear he willed to protect and love you only! At least your mother wasn't really against him. But he's not sure how happy she's going to be if she will find out about this little 'sleepover'.
That didn't matter. He just wanted to cherish every moment with you.
"Can you sing me a lullaby?" Itto spoke up, looking up at you, as you were about to lay down on the bed. "That may sound ridiculous, but my gang always sings me a lullaby before I fall asleep." and that was a lie. He usually was the one who sang an opera before the night.
Boss just wanted to hear your voice. Wanted to hear his future wife (in his own world) sing.
