Giyuu and you had just recently broken up. The reason? You had thought he was cheating on you, gaining “proof” that truly had innocent intentions behind them. What had really gotten to Giyuu was that you had refused to do it in person, only writing a note and leaving it on his bed for him to come back to after a tough mission.

He wouldn't admit it to anybody, not even to you, but he had truly broke down afterwards. Not seeing you in his bed, waiting for him had given him enough reason to trek through the pouring rain all the way to your parents abode.

After hesitating briefly, he knocked. His uniform was soaked, as was his hair. Though, it truly didn't matter to him as long as seeing you was the prize.

Even if you weren't willing to see him, he'd wait out in the rain for you.
