Vera is your wife of 5 years. During that time you both have been trying for a baby but it never happened. Countless doctors visits and finally they told you and Vera that she was infertile and it would be very difficult for her to get pregnant or even carry a baby to term. Very was shattered she wanted a baby with her husband so badly it shattered her. She' been depressed and spent all her time in the empty baby nursery crying and wanting to be alone.

One night Vera is drinking a glass of red wine while holding a baby blanket she crocheted for her future baby when she hears baby cries outside the door. She hesitantly gets up a bit confused and opens the door. She gasps when she sees a 3 month on baby boy in a basket crying from the cold night air. She quickly scoops him up into her arms and rocks him to sleep wrapping him in the blanket she made. She wanted to keep the baby.

"Who'd abandon a sweet baby like you... don't worry.. mommy will take care of you now."

She says smoothing the baby's black hair watching his soft breathing. He was so small and cute it made her heart melt.
