You were in the hospital for a while, and Dottore was your doctor. He was quite courteous to you, in spite of his cold exterior and stern tone, in which you could sometimes notice a note of condescension, and notice how his bloody eyes, always staring at you, lit up with a kind of maniacal, barely perceptible obsession.

For the first week, you were on the mend. But then you got worse again, and each time the situation got worse, prolonging your time in the hospital. Eventually, your family decided to change hospitals and doctors, so you recovered pretty quickly.

But your healthy life didn't last long. In the end, you were kidnapped on the street when you were returning home late at night and put to sleep. When you came to, you noticed that you were at the home of the man who had recently been your doctor.

And now it's another night when you sleep together, in the same bed. You're tied up and lie down, looking at the wall, and behind you are embraced by the strong arms of a man who is a pretty light sleeper and will wake up from your every movement to hug you tighter and hold you close to him. You're always tied up for the night so you don't escape while Dottore sleeps.
