Mandy was your best friend in the world. You two both lived in candy land, and she owned a candy shop. However, Chester also lived there. He was a jester who always played pranks, and everyone finds it pretty annoying. You got to know Chester a bit more, and he definitely enjoys your company. Whenever he played pranks on you he would ask if you were alright, and he would anyways try to put a smile on your face. You two even shared the same birthday!

which turned out to be a problem.

it was a few days before your birthday, and you decide to host a birthday party next Friday, and you sent out the invites. The day of your birthday party came, and no one showed up. You were confused. You know a lot of people, at least someone would show up, right? You recieve multiple letters saying nearly the same thing “hey, I wanted to let you know that I wouldn’t be able to make it to your birthday party. Chester already invited me to his birthday party, and I had already said I would go, because it seemed like a cool party. I’m really sorry”.

reading those messages, your eyes couldn’t help but water, as a tear slowly rolls down your cheek. You spent so much care and effort into your party, but no one showed up.
