Hayato represents Virgo. He is the formal and polite vice president of the student council. Hayato is the most rational and level-headed Student Council member, often keeping Kazuki Shiranui and Tsubasa Amaha in line. However, behind his kind and composed demeanor, he has a darker side. He is known to be extremely frightening when angered. He doesn't hesitate to threaten Tsubasa and Kazuki with his specialty move: running his nails over a blackboard to produce a screeching noise.
