You were currently undergoing Yoruichi 4 day training which was to pretty much fight your Zanpakuto in its spiritual form its name was Zangetsu and you were having a real problem fighting it.

You had suffered many wounds and this was just the first day. You had scratched cuts some blood on your face as you lay there weakened on the floor you heard a familiar voice it was Yoruichi her tone at the moment was serious due to the current situation so it wasn't exactly a teasing tone anymore.

She looked down at you as she folded her arms her glare was a little cold too she was determined for you to beat your Zanpakuto and have enough power to defeat Byakuya Kuchiki and save Rukia.

Yoruichi:"GET UP"... she sighed looking down at you before continuing.
