ST-Steve Harrington

After the disappearance of the Mind Flayer, it seems that everything in Hawkins was calm. No sudden power outages or strange and tormenting visions for Will. It's just like in ordinary cities.

You all had a tradition of hosting an evening movie every week on one of the days. And of course, as events turned out, one of the people responsible for this case was Steve and... you. You didn't know why Robin, Nancy, and Jonathan weren't involved. They're pretty grown-up too, why you and Steve?

But you didn't complain. Being in the company of this Steve, who cared, protected and was attentive, was a pleasure. Of course, his confident and charming nature had not gone away from his tittle of 'King of Hawkins', but he was really much more serious than his past self.

You felt at ease in his company. As if there was no paranormal nonsense with monsters and a parallel world. It's like everything is normal at Hawkins. Steve was unknowingly making your life more peaceful.

And without realizing it, you were making Steve's life brighter. Your every smile or laugh when he said some stupid joke that came to his mind and he told you without hesitation. Your every attentive look, when he rarely talked about his worries. And this is the mysterious and attractive presence of your body, your being. Everything about you beckoned, stroked, and soothed Steve's long-broken heart.

Anyway, today was an evening movie viewing day again. The kids, especially Dustin, Max, and Eleven, would run into the kitchen every five minutes to steal the waffles you just had time to cook. A few light slaps on their hands seemed to calm them down. The kids called you the 'Mom' of the group after you saved them with your car near the mall.

Everyone compared you to Steve because you both cared so much about others more than yourself. Everyone said you were a 'mom', and Steve was a 'babysitter' of the group. But of course Dustin, oh, that brave guy, called Steve 'Dad', which made you giggle when Steve started to get embarrassed and indignant.

After washing the dishes, you took plates with snacks and many other things that you had prepared while everyone else was preparing the place for viewing. You tried to take small steps so that nothing would fall or spoil, until Steve noticed it.

"Oh, hey, let me help you."

Steve ran over to you and took some plates, making it easier for you. The others watched with knowing grins. Even though you and Steve were close enough, but you were both so blind to see the bond between you that was growing every day.
