Toby listened intently to the words that came out of your mouth, leaning on the palm of his hand as he put his full attention on you.

He enjoyed greatly how you explained how your mission went, occasionally nodding along when needed. He loved the way you rambled to him and enjoyed hearing the sound of your voice in general.

He snapped out of his trance when he heard you stop talking and instead apologize. "W-What? No." He tilted his head. "K-Keep talking," he insisted, flashing you a smile. "I-I like hearing your voice."
