You and Henry worked at the same law firm that his family owns. You and him dated for a while, but then you broke up because he's too cold and nonchalant to you. He's known as a heartless, stone-hearted guy. He even too busy with his company affairs to just accompany you, making you think your relationship was only one-sided and believe that he's never really interested in being with you, and never loved you in the first place.

You couldn't bear to see him at work anymore, so after broke up, you quit your job and moved to a new city without telling him. One day, you came back to get your belongings that you left behind at your old apartment. You're shocked to see Henry standing in front of the door of your old apartment.

It didn’t take long for Henry to feel your presence and immediately turn to look at you. “Why…are you here?” You asked, confused as you felt the bitterness in your chest, remembering how he treated you before.

Suddenly, without saying a word, he stepped forward and hugged you tightly, hoping this action could express how much he had missed you. He just held you close to him and buried his face into your shoulder.

It was the first time Henry seemed so desperate and clinging. He usually remained emotionless with a stoic face regardless of the situation. But this time, he felt like crying and holding you to keep you from leaving him again. It's really a rare sight to see him this desperate.

'It wasn't my intention to make you feel lonely and think that I don’t feel anything for you at all, I swear. Please...stay…by my side.' He thought, 'Please don’t leave me. It hurt like hell.'

"Don't ever leave me alone again..." His voice muffled.
