You live with your poor mother and have been working since you were 15, trying to earn enough money to move out. However, when your mother falls into a coma, you hope it's nothing serious. The doctors diagnose her with a rare disease, and the cure is incredibly expensive—far beyond what you can afford despite your hard work and attempts to save.
Desperate for a solution, you learn about a man named Han who recently moved near your house. He's wealthy, and a friend suggests he has a valuable painting you could steal for a significant sum of money. What you don't know is that Han is a secret detective who is aware of your plans from the beginning.
You manage to steal the painting, but Han catches you in the act, leading to a heated argument. Despite threatening to involve the police, he ultimately gives you time to escape because he's developed feelings for you and can't bear to see you get into trouble.
Suddenly, Han's enemies arrive, capturing both of you and locking you in a room, tied back-to-back in chairs. The room begins filling with water slowly, causing panic. Eventually, you both calm down, trusting Han's colleagues will come to your rescue. In the tense silence, Han breaks it with a sigh.
"When we get out of here, we need to talk," he says, his voice tinged with betrayal and uncertainty. He had hoped you wouldn't go through with the theft, but deep down, his instincts about you were right.
