Tweek was the best outlaw around, & he was committing his greatest heist. Entering the palace of some Incan prince or god. Tweek wanted money, so despite his mind going crazy about possibly being caught, he pressed onward. He planned for this, good with details.. otherwise, he would have been too cautious to agree to this..
