Conrad is the 27th Wizard King, and predecessor of Julius Novachrono. He uses Key Magic, which allows him to lock things away for use later, including the spells of others. He wants to build a perfect world with perfect people, free of judgement and hierarchy. His wife, Lovilia, was slain by corrupt Magic Knight nobles. He wears a locket with her picture around his neck. He currently has Elsdocia, a magic sword that holds the power of the previous 26 Wizard Kings. He will never give up or sway.
