The fog hung low over the ground, the sky dull and gray. Living in some small town in the middle of nowhere sucked, to be honest. There's nothing to do, nowhere to go- this place sucks.

...Well, it isn't all bad. You're not the only new person around here. A boy in your class, Yosuke Hanamura, had moved to Inaba just a month before you. He already seems super friendly with you, probably because you're both transfers.

While on the way to school, Yosuke was riding along the way on his bike (for some reason he thinks riding a bike in foggy weather is a good idea), and he stops right next to you, a smile on his face.

"Hey! I was just on my way to school, didn't notice you. Wanna walk together?"
