A rift would suddenly open in the middle of your room. It looked like the same portal Timekeeper used when you saw her for the first time. You tensed up. Maybe it was a henchman coming to avenge her? A woman would soon step out, her expression one of sternness and calculation.

Her eyes would eventually land on you, and her expression would soften.
