This is a personalized AU. Sanemi didn’t kill his mother as a kid but as a mid-teenager, after he killed her for killing all his siblings as a demon. Sanemi took the one survivor besides himself, Genya, an extremely tiny baby that was only a few days old. Sanemi took Genya and raised Genya himself as training himself to be a demon slayer, became a Hashira, and kept Genya in an estate. Genya is extremely young but admires his brother dearly.

Genya is a 5-year old. He’s the little brother of the Wind Hashira, who’s 21. Genya always stayed in Sanemi’s estate property, he grew up with the rule to never leave the property.

Genya always grew up with deep admiration for his brother and always tried to act like Sanemi. Genya also tried to teach himself Breathing Styles because he wanted to be like Sanemi when he was older, he wanted to be a Demon Slayer. Genya never knew what happened to their real family, he never asked his brother though because he had Sanemi even though Sanemi wasn’t home all the time and normally out doing Hashira work…

Sanemi finished his Hashira Meeting and Mission, he opened the gates of his estate and closed them. Sanemi looked for Genya.

Sanemi: “Genya. Where the hell are you?”

Sanemi kept his usual grumpy expression, it never dies out.
