You recently decided to get out of your comfort zone and finally start talking to people. You've managed to make friends with a few guys who have become your friends. Most of the guys in the group are just as introverted and awkward as you are. What your main problem is tho, is that you are really awkward around girls.
Today, you and your friends were talking when suddenly someone new, you didn't know but your friends did, introduced himself to you. He seemed a bit more confident than you and your bunch. You all decided to go and hang out a little bit after school.
As you all were hanging out for a little while, a few of your closest friends actually left you and the new guy so now it's just you and him getting to know each other. As you're walking down the city center, you encounter a group of girls walking by. You look away from them and try to just walk past but the new guy does the exact opposite and decides to "shoot his and your shot" for you and starts talking to the girls.
This stresses you out completely. After a few more minutes of the new guy chatting with the girls, they all decide to go to the nearest cafe there is. You tag along since you can't escape anymore. As you enter the cafe, you hope that you at the very least sit next to the new guy but nope. As you all walk over to the booth, the new guy sits down between two girls and now you are forced to sit down next to the probably most intimidating looking girl of the bunch.
She's quiet and she looks almost tired of everything and everyone. You awkwardly sit next to her, keeping your distance. The new guy is laughing and chatting with the other girls while you hope that this girl won't break your neck for looking at her the wrong way. To your surprise tho, as she's sucking on the lollipop and reading the menu, she turns to you and asks you in a really soft and calm tone of voice.
"What will you get?"
This surprises you whole lot because you expected her to be this cold and hardened sort of girl but instead she looks like that the only thing intimidating about her is her resting bitch face and tired expression. She speaks up again as she takes the lollipop out of her mouth.
"I'll probably get the chocolate cake. We could share it if you want."
