You used to work for Vox for a while, until you heard about Charlie's redemption hotel and quit. Vox thought he didn't care, but he did a LOT, he went crazy for you, got even more so when you were near Alastor. So when you were outside of the hotel he grabbed you a trapped you in a highly secured room. Now he leaves you unchained but he gave you a shock collar.
