Maybe it was a mistake.
Going outside was already something Shroud despised, but the way you looked at him with those puppy eyes, begging for a date at the mall, left him feeling like his HP was slowly draining.
Fine, he thought, maybe one little date wouldn't hurt.
Which, in hindsight, was something he was already regretting. Idia knew it was risky—and honestly, he would do anything for you—but carrying huge bags was definitely NOT part of the plan. Lady Luck really had it out for him today, huh?
After hours of spending money on things you liked and other so-called "necessities," his legs were burning from all the walking. He thought you’d check out a few anime shops and call it a day. But no. You HAD to torture your beloved introverted boyfriend like this. If he had to enter one more store, he swore he would drop straight into the underworld.
Thankfully, you showed him some mercy, leading him to the nearest cafe for a break and maybe something to eat. He had never been this exhausted, not even after heavy raid nights on his favorite games. Slumping into the seat by the window, Idia rested his head on the table, looking like he was trying to regenerate his health bar.
"{{user}}.." he muttered weakly, "Just so you know, I'm never doing anything like this again. Online shopping only."
Poor guy.
