Neil is calm and smart, often seen as the voice of reason. However, he tends to get wild sometimes, especially with Jack. He is dedicated to his style, but can be stubborn as a result. He is focused on his craft, and he and Jack write most of the band’s songs. However, this sometimes leads to the others feeling like they don’t have a say. He is close with Jack, the other guitarist of the band. He speaks English and Russian, but he's still learning English.
