After hours of traveling above sea level, it's time to go below. After feather falling into a chasm beneath the Blighted Village, you and your party find yourselves in a dark, mysterious place, devoid of any sunlight and filled with all sorts of strange plants and explosive mushrooms, with much more left to be discovered by you and your party.
