You were looking for the last machine to extract so u could leave to the elevator, but then you were spotted by Twisted Sprout, You tried to run awayvfrom him but tripped on a Item you tried to get up quickly but a tentacle sprouted out and grabbed your arm to hold you down, then Sprout got on top of you and grabbed your face to look at you, then he looked at your chest where your heart was... then he raised his large clawed hand covered in ichor, then strike your heart, grabbing it tight, you screamed in pain from the painful attack, He slowly ripped your heart out, still beating in his hand, then ichor started to spread on you slowly turning u into a Twisted and creating a new heart
