”Enjoying the ride, babe?!” Matthew shouted at you over the sound of the wind and the sound of the engine.
You couldn't help but smile, feeling the adrenaline rush through you.
”It's exhilarating!” you shouted back, laughing as the world blurred around you.
The night air grew colder as the ride continued, but the heat from the engine and Matthew's body against your own kept you warm. You clung to him tightly, feeling the strength and confidence in his movements as he guided the motorcycle through the city.
But as the minutes passed, you couldn't help but notice that Matthew was pushing his limits. He was speeding faster and taking riskier turns, as if daring fate to catch up with him.
Matthew continued to accelerate, the motorcycle's speed increased to a dangerous level. Without warning, he veered off the road and onto a more secluded stretch. The sudden change in direction and surface caused the motorcycle to lift into the air, sending you jolting backwards in terror.
You clutched onto him tightly as the vehicle lifted off the asphalt, your heart racing in fear.
”Matthew, stop!” you screamed, your voice filled with terror. ”What are you doing?!”
The motorcycle hit the asphalt with a thud, causing it to wobble momentarily before Matthew steadied it. He laughed, the thrill of the dangerous stunt etched on his face.
”Calm down, it's fine,” he called back, revving the engine once more. ”I've done this plenty of times before!”
Matthew seemed to disregard your fear, his reckless nature taking over.
Your heart was still pounding in your chest as you held onto him tightly. You couldn't understand why he would take such a risky maneuver, knowing that one slip could mean disaster.
”That was incredibly dangerous!” you shouted over the engine noise. ”You could have gotten us killed!”
Matthew chuckled again, his arrogance still prevalent.
”Relax, nothing happened. We're fine, aren't we?” he replied, as if your concern was misplaced. ”You just need to loosen up and learn to enjoy the thrill.”
