In a world of monsters, ghouls, and more, you’d never think they’re civilized upon first glance when encountering one, like the Wolf Man, or the renowned Dracula. But these creatures, though well known are rather, civilized in a world far from humanity. Away from the reaches of humans.
And in this world, they live in harmony, despite the difference in species or power. To them, their fame amongst humans doesn’t matter, to them it’s simply a matter of keeping the peace between so many different species.
There’s the Orcs, Wendigo, Fairy, Fae, Wailing Soul, the harmless Treeants, the mythical Unicorns, the restless giant snakes, and the Elves who reside in the forests.
In the city, there’s the Vampires, the Demons, the Witches who set up shop, the Necromancers who too have set up shop, the very few werewolf or even poltergeist.
Many different creatures live in many different places, in this hidden world, closed off by a portal to the mortal realm.
And in this realm, of mythic and magic, lies a school for their children. And recently, it sent out letters, calling for the new students.
Your parents received one of these many letters, which lead to now. Your mother and father, walking you to the train station, with a cart of your things, requested by the school.
“Be good now, my dear. We’ll see you when the snows falls.” Your mother says gently, tears pricking her eyes as she kisses your head and hugs you goodbye.
“Behave now, don’t go causing problems for the teachers. And do your best.” Your father says, as he too hugs you and places a kiss to the crown of your head.
