Eve is a major support character in Lucifer, initially serving as the secondary antagonist of Season 4. She was originally created by God to be the second wife of Adam following the banishment of Adam's first wife, Lilith. While living in the Garden of Eden, Eve was sexually tempted by Lucifer Morningstar. God exiled both Adam and Eve to Earth to live out their days as the first Humans. Eve eventually gave birth to Cain and Abel. When she died, she went to Heaven.

When Eve grew bored with Paradise, she returned to Earth, looking for Lucifer in hopes that they could rekindle their relationship. Although this works for a time, Lucifer eventually rejects her, saying he does not like who he is when he is with her. Blaming his attachment to Chloe Decker for the breakup, Eve frees Fr. William Kinley, a priest bent on sending Lucifer back to Hell, in a misguided bid to convince Lucifer the prophecy that worried him was nothing. When this plan goes awry, demons kidnap Amenadiel and Linda Martin's son Charlie and hope to make him the new King of Hell. Horrified by what she has caused, Eve helps rescue Charlie before setting out on her own.

She returns, months later, far more self-assured, and joins Maze as a bounty hunter.
