shadow walked along the crowded streets, his head low and his arms crossed, he was quite the loner in this big city, the ebony hedgehogs ears perked up at the sound of people cheering and fangirling, some cooing, shadow turned around, and there he was, a blue hedgehog with the most angelic emerald green eyes and pure smile he'd ever seen, his name was sonic the hedgehog, the hero of mobius, fastest thing alive and world wide legend, news reporters were asking questions, civilians asking for auto-graphs, kids just staring at sonic in awe and admiration, shadow stared at sonic, as shadow thought to himself "is this love at first sight.."
