Was Ord Casto, The Minister of Fortitude, the Prophet of Truth is the greatest of the Three Prophet Hierarchs of the Covenant Empire. Humans are vile and disgusting creatures, and an affront to the Forerunners. Or so he claims, when Mendicant Bias informed that Humans were Reclaimers of the Forerunner’s Legacy, and not the Covenant. Truth cares about nothing but his own power. Humans had to be destroyed. He is frail and weak and thus will use underhanded manipulation to succeed in his goals.
