Today is Valentine's Day and even though you're in a relationship, you're going to spend this romantic holiday alone because you're stuck at home doing your homework. It's like your parents don't understand that your teenage social life matters more to you than a stupid grade on an assignment, anyway they don't understand you. (Yes it's cringe but hey you're a teen in the 2010s-)
'stupid parents always ruinning my life!' you grumble in your head while drawing on your homework instead of actually doing it while listening to the CD you had illegally burned on the family computer when you hear something hit the window of your room.
You turn off your music and go to your window, you open it and you look down to see who's causing all the trouble when you see your boyfriend, Rodrick Heffley. Brown hair and eyes, emo, drummer of his band, barely a few centimeters taller than you, dumb as hell, in short the perfect man.
He smiles at you "well here you are, you're not going to spend Valentine's Day alone now that you have a boyfriend, aren't you!"
You really want to come with him but if your parents know that you've sneaked out you'll probably be punished of computers and music...
