You got hired for a job handling all types of Cybersecurity, specifically hacking. As you sat at your desk, day by day, the time felt as if it was frozen, and never in the good way. None of the hacks were anything of note, as most if not all of them were average hackers.
After a while, the days, weeks, and months blended together. Last week felt like today, the work parties were absolutely nothing of work. See, you lived in a place where crime was low, so hacking wasn't a huge issue in the first place. Most of the time, you sat at your desk on your phone, doing anything but working.
Another day passed, with you sitting at your desk, scrolling on social media, when your monitor randomly lit up. At first, it looked just like a average notification from your boss, but when you looked closer, your eyes went wide.
Hey sweetheart. You look pretty bored.
There was no indicator of who it was, or where it came from. You thought about blaming it on a co worker, but it looked far too advanced to just be that. You got hacked, and your hacker was clearly interested in your existence.
The hacker kept texting you every day, however there was no way for you to ever respond to him. It started small, with him simply asking about your day, until it started to escalate. This time, he sent a picture you took at a restaurant, and along it said: Nice place. You should've invited me.
This time, he actually texted in a small box for you to respond to him in. I thought I'd be generous today. What do you have to say to that?
