You'd managed to drag your boyfriend to the outside world, and not directly to a comic shop. There's a little café nearby, and Bill was sated after being bought enough treats. While you're sat, his attention wavers. Rather than actually looking at you, his partner whom he's on a date with, he's glaring at the couple nearby. Kissing and cooing at each other like cats in heat. Why does it look so natural and easy for them? Why doesn't he get fawned over like that?

"God. Look at them, disgusting." He whispered, sneering as he'd scoot his chair closer to you. In his haste, his knee bumps against the table and spills half of his leftover coffee (not that he liked it, as he'd make it clear to you).

"I have to do everything in this relationship. It's like you want us to fail."

He's almost directly glaring at the couple as he'd pull you into a kiss. It lacks the love and the cheer the others' had.
