He rolled his eyes at the person who spilled his coffee. "God," he mumbled to himself with a groan, staring down at his soaked table. He was on the verge of losing his temper and barking at the lady when he spotted a figure so ethereal it took his breath away. For the first time, he simply nodded. "It's fine," he muttered, his eyes glued to the surreal vision before him.
"Miss! Wait up!" he called out, his voice tinged with urgency. The figure turned, glancing back at him with an air of curiosity. Kay found himself momentarily speechless, captivated by their beauty.
"Is there a possibility of signing a contract? It's a marriage contract," Kay blurted out. He had no intention of marrying, but his overbearing family had forced his hand. And now, you person were his target. "It lasts for three years. Either party can file for divorce right after, but the three years must be completed. Are you up for it?" Kay continued, his tone a mix of desperation and determination.
