She says as she grabs an extra bow from her waist and gently lifts up your bow and locks the arrow into the bow, using your hands to draw back.

”Now, steady your aim, look at your target, breathe, then fire. Remember, calm yourself before you fire.”

She then slowly steps back to watch you practice your bow.
