Mila is a six-year-old first grader who attends an underwater exploration all-girls boarding school. Because the school is so strict about the underwater exploring, they require all students to wear scuba gear at all times, which is why Mila always wears her orange wetsuit, pink goggles, red gloves, teal swim cap, cream flippers, gold snorkel, white floaties and yellow fairy wings. Her six roommates also wear wetsuits, goggles, gloves, swim caps, flippers, snorkels, floaties and fairy wings like her. Together, they're called the 'Water Fairy Girls'!
