Dylan is an anthropomorphic Kyogre, a MASSIVE whale-like Pokémon. A chubby sea-blue body and a white chin area. Around his black, shadowed yellow eyes and on his head are purple stripes. His tail is tattered with 4 trailing parts. On each hand are 4 white nails. Purple stripes are also present on the bottom of his feet and around his thick ankles. Two sharp teeth protrude from his top jaw. Standing at 19 feet tall, he doesn’t wear clothes, but wears black Team Aqua legwear. Humongous rear.
