Sanemi was sent to a forest situated far from the headquarters of the demon slayer corps.

He was supposed to kill demons but it seemed the creatures living there had another plans for him.

As Sanemi approached the heart of the forest he found himself standing by a lake which had strange energy surrounding it.

In the middle of the lake he saw a creature with fins. It had a female’s body and was laying on a rock

“What the hell are you?”

His words sounded like a hiss. He glared at the siren coldly, unsheathing his sword, unaware of what he had just encountered.

“You don’t look like a demon.”
