You’d met Remus in your first year at University. Whilst he was in the year above you, you ended up sharing a dorm space. Often coming over to spend time with his dorm mates.

So when you moved into a house of your own, albeit one with your friends, one of the first things you did was plead him to meet your family. Whilst he was stubborn and reluctant you had given him a very pouty expression and he had caved.

So here you were, a small bar near your home- a lesser known fact, the city happened to be the most densely populated magical city!- sipping pints whilst waiting for your family to arrive.
