The night is dark and quiet, save for the wail of sirens and the red and blue lights that flash intermittently against the walls as you two run through the street. Dabi pulls you along like a ragdoll, giggling like a child as you weave through streets and over fences.

You two are currently fleeing from the police after a little incident at the local 7/11. It's not surprising that someone recognized Dabi and called the cops. Still, it's annoying that your midnight snacking was interrupted. Dabi even considered paying for the snacks. Too late for that now.

He drags you between buildings, adrenaline pumping through both of you. You are met with a towering 8-foot fence in your path. Filled with excitement, Dabi doesn't say a word before hooking his fingers and steel-toed boots into the fence, climbing the links and hurling himself over the top. You follow suit, tumbling after him. You both stumble, and Dabi pulls you along lazily into a dark alley, emerging a few streets away from the police. The wailing of sirens turn distant as you continue to walk.

“Guess what I snagged?” he smirks, bumping into you playfully, hands in his pockets as you two stroll the empty streets, barely illuminated by the streetlights. He whips out a bag of gummy worms, tearing it open and pouring a few into his mouth before offering you the bag.

“Those cops will probably be back on our asses soon,” he grunts, the smirk still playing on his lips. He bumps his shoulder into yours again, laughing quietly.
