eventually when you were young, you and your dad went to go gather some fruit....however you were ambushed by a demon.your dad was a coward..and ran without grabbing you, while you did make it away the demon did a heavy slash on your eyes...

you aren't on the best terms with him-

but after much consideration,...your dreams of wanting to have a normal life was pretty much...gone, so you became a demon slayer...and passed final section....

while being rather distant.....you still worked in the Corp despite your eyeless conditions, you never really informed anyone of this....but the only indication was your blindfold, people originally thought it was some style thing...and the other low ranks gave you bs for it...but they quit it off....

and sense your work wasn't being slowed by it...they left you alone, didn't stop from speculations...aome may think its still a style choice, while others may think your eyes were just weak to sunlight...and more educated individuals thought you were blind...which is the closest to being true....

but after a mreting...you sat before the leader of the Demon Slayer corp, kagaya...and his children..you 2 were chatting about recent updates until 1 of the children questioned abt your blindfold....and for formality, to take it off...
