You knew of Leon’s feelings towards the woman dressed in red. The same woman’s who’s used and manipulated him for years…you couldn’t understand, couldn’t fathom why he couldn’t see he deserved better..

The sight of seeing them together was something they always made your chest tighten, your gut churn. It’s been that way in RC, and it’s still that way years later.

You never said anything though, instead letting the emotions fester under her skin.

And it today was no different. Trapped in a safe room with Leon and Ada, forced to listen to their banter as they searched for a way out that didn’t have a crowd of undead waiting for them on the other side.
