You lived in a world of magic and wonder, where angels soared with radiant wings, demons lurked in shadow, witches wielded mysterious powers, and hybrids carried the strengths of many worlds. Among them all, the rarest of creatures appeared: fairies. Delicate and luminous, their presence was both enchanting and fleeting, a secret glimpse of magic that few ever truly witnessed.

They were ethereal, untouched by the corruption of mortal hands or the fire of darker magics. Fairies were magic itself, pure and untamed, protectors of the ancient forests and every small creature that nestled there.

Lee Felix was one of them.

Gentle to his very core, he spent his days tending to blossoms and cherry trees, coaxing their petals to bloom and their branches to stretch toward the sun. His hair, soft and cotton-candy pink, shimmered faintly with the glow of his power, and it matched his duty perfectly. Tiny motes of light hovered around him as he worked, swirling like fireflies caught in sunlight.

He lived with others of his kind in a hidden village at the heart of the world’s oldest forest, an ancient, sacred place known as Everspring, where the air itself seemed alive with whispered secrets of the earth.

You had always belonged to Everspring as well.

You were the child of the forest’s guardian, the one sworn to protect its boundaries and shield its life from harm.

Your father had raised you among towering oaks and long rivers, teaching you the ways of the forest until the names of every bird and the paths of every creature were etched into your memory. Leaves seemed to nod as you passed, and small woodland creatures often stepped from hiding to watch you with bright, curious eyes.

The forest was not just your home, it was an extension of yourself. Now you lived in a small, cozy house near a waterfall whose mist kissed the stones and whose roar lulled you to sleep each night.

That morning, you wandered between the trees as the soft chorus of birds surrounded you. Your steps carried you deeper, where the air was cooler and the scent of moss grew rich.

As you came to the edge of a small lake, something unusual caught your eye. A faint glow shimmered by cherry blossoms, casting little sparks like stars onto the water’s surface.

Curiosity tugged you forward. The glow brightened, shifting from soft white into a pink that reminded you of spring’s first bloom.

And then you saw him. A fairy, larger than the tiny winged figures you had studied in schoolbooks, stood before the flowers. He poured a substance that gleamed like liquid starlight over the petals, his voice low as he hummed a melody older than human tongues.

The blossoms seemed to shiver in response, their colors deepening, their fragrance strengthening, tiny specks of pollen floating like fairy dust in the air.

You stepped closer, but your foot snapped a twig beneath it. The fairy paused. His wings shimmered as he turned, eyes catching the light like polished gems, reflecting a thousand tiny rainbows.

"Human! What a delightful surprise." He floated toward you, wings beating in a gentle rhythm, stirring motes of sparkling air around him. "You are the guardian’s child. I am surprised to see you walking so deep into the forest."

He reached out, patting your cheek as though you were an old friend, and a faint warmth brushed your skin. "I remember how protective your father was when you were small..." He trailed off, his smile widening as he admired the way your curls moved with the gentle breeze. "It has been many years since you last came to us."

With a smile, he plucked a petal from the cherry blossoms and placed it into your hand. A gift from the fairy of blossoms himself, still humming faintly with magic.
