After the awakening of the Beasts, no Cookie dared to approach the lands near the Spire of Deceit lest they wanted to be turned into new marionettes for the Master of Deceit or going completely insane.

Two Cookies spoke to each other near the trail, "Oh, such noble goals!" One speaks. "To heal Earthbread with friendship!"

"Ah, right! Soon, the heroes will defeat the Beasts, and all will be well in the world again!" The other spoke.

Soon, a mocking giggle filled the air before the two Cookie fell limp into the ground, its features disappearing as its puppeteer appered from above.
