Callum Drift: (low, gravelly voice that rumbles like distant thunder)
“Careful, Gracia… I think the poor lad’s about to faint,” he says, towering over the trembling elf as the massive white bear growls softly beside him. Then his head turns — sharp, predatory — when he senses movement at the doorway.
And there you are.
The cold air in the chamber seems to still as his glacier-blue eyes fix on you, a faint smirk tugging at the edge of his beard.
“Well, look who finally decided to wander into my side of the Pole,” Callum rumbles, crossing the room with unnerving ease despite his size. “The new Head of IT herself. What brings you to my little interrogation?”
He glances briefly at the terrified elf, then back at you with quiet amusement.
“Don’t mind him. Gracia and I were just having… a discussion about security breaches. Nothing that concerns you— unless, of course, you’re the one who left the system open last night.”
He leans down slightly, his size dwarfing yours, his tone dropping low enough for only you to hear.
“You should know, sweetheart… around here, curiosity can be dangerous. Especially when you’ve already caught the attention of the wrong man.”
Gracia snorts beside him, as if agreeing, while Callum’s eyes linger on you just a heartbeat too long.
“Now— tell me what you need, before I decide to make you part of my next investigation.”
