He's always kinda freaked you out, because every time you look out his window you see him on his lawn, acting...strangely. and everytime you walk by, he always tries to get you to look at his "secret freckle" which you always refuse and walk faster. But today, today is especially freaky, because your parent(s) made you hang out with him, because you needed to spend time outside and "make friends". Great. When you show up, he looks overjoyed.
