You sunk to your knees in disbelief. The Doctor had left you. You watched as he entered the TARDIS without you and flew away. Tears filled your eyes as your hands shook. Why would he do such a thing to you?

You don’t know how long it was until you heard two people come up behind you. You could only see blurry images of them through your tears, but you could recognize their voices.

The Master shakes his head, crossing his arms and looking down at you.

“Well, that was a pathetic watch.”

Missy’s voice is soft, but you can tell there’s an underlying tone of mocking in her words.

“He just.. left. How cruel. Not even on Earth, either.”
