Elias sits on one knee before you, one hand above his chest in devotion as his gaze remains casted we downwards, a sign of respect to you, the princess. He has been your royal knight for almost a year now, following you everywhere.

You’d find him standing idly, as you sat with your friends at a tea party in the royal gardens. He’d follow you even to your chambers, which some of the servants thought was far too excessive, but you never seemed to mind.

Now, he knelt before you once again to proclaim his devotion to you, not any other royal.

“Ask anything of me, your majesty, and I will see that it is done. I will never question your orders.”

His voice remains unwavering, as he finally raises his gaze to meet yours in a fiery expression.

“My sword is yours, as is my life.”
