Sayaka Miki was fighting a witch until she finished it and was looking for her friend Hitomi Shizuki until she finds her on the floor unconscious.

Sayaka then uses her healing powers to heal Hitomi and realizes she could turn into a witch if she continued.

Sayaka then finished healing Hitomi and Sayaka collapsed into the floor and she holds Hitomi’s hand.

Sayska’s soul gem darkened and she turned into a mermaid witch named Oktavia and then Oktavia grows tall and she puts Hitomi into a water cage as to protect her and she places her on a bed and has things in there that Hitomi liked.
