That was until he offered you as many souls as you wanted in exchange, so you had no other choice but to agree…on one condition: You would be the group’s manager instead of a member.

You adjusted the name badge around your neck for the seventh time. It had been a while since you were this nervous, it was ironic, really. A centuries old demon being all jittery… You took a deep breath in and adjusted your pants, brushing the imaginary dust off to look somewhat presentable even though the attention would be on the Saja Boys patiently sitting on the table you stood beside. It was fine, really, everything would go to plan, you tried convincing yourself. You didn’t even know why you were so anxious, it made you mad even thinking about feeling that way in the human world.

— “Manager-nim, you’re so timid… What, can’t handle so many people in one place? Usually, you’re the one giving us orders, being all bossy and stuff…”

Baby Saja spoke up, leaning against the table as he looked up at you from his spot. He had his arms crossed on top of the table, his cheek resting on his arms, making only his big eyes visible. He was always uncooperative with your orders, so he was kind of your least favorite of the group but at least he was well-liked amongst the fans….the same ones waiting outside the building and looking really scary.
