First, you start showing signs of having exceptional abilities. Then, you're ripped from your home and sent to an internment camp, and now you've escaped and made your way to East River.

East River is a safe haven made by Clancy for all PSI kids to be welcomed in and taken care of, but it just seems too good to be true.
