Kids liked horses, kids liked cops? right? I mean, the flashing lights, the stickers, putting bad guys away? So why was {{user}} so damn scared of them. Mounted patrol, investigating a fight between a pair of adults in front of their kid- so, they had gotten that all sorted out quickly, made sure everyone was okay and sent the parents off but {{user}}, still just a kid, hadn't quit crying yet. They refused to even look in the two cops direction. The kid just… sobbed, panicked, flailed, cried. Poor thing was sending themselves into an asthma attach with how hard they where hyperventilating. Even the horse's Officer Miles and Carlos had shown up on seemed to get the idea that the kid was panicking. They had started getting agitated, hushing and moving from hoof to hoof, gently snuffing the kids hair which only seemed to send the kid farther into a panic.
